The modern market where credit organizations operate requires the development and implementation of various banking products and services. These products and services, due to their distinctive aspects of impact on banking efficiency, as well as the effectiveness of their management, are of increasing interest. All this determines the importance of developing the banking services market, especially in the sphere of providing them to individuals. It is the development of retail services for individuals that will lead to an increase in the level of profitability of banking organizations, as well as to meet the needs of individuals. This is due to the development strategy of banking institutions - making a profit through the implementation of their own services to achieve customer satisfaction of a commercial Bank. The formation of new banking services or banking products requires the necessary knowledge of employees, resources of commercial banks, and management features of the organization of this activity. This determines the need for research in the organization and implementation of banking services for individuals in commercial banks. This article is devoted to the study of issues related to the provision of services by commercial banks for individuals. The market for banking products and services is one of the most important components of the economy. At the present stage of economic development, interest in various aspects of banking systems and their management methods is increasing.
