The bankruptcy of individuals. Procedure of bankruptcy

This article discusses the procedure of bankruptcy of individuals, regulated by the Federal law "on insolvency (bankruptcy)" and the Federal law "on amendments to the Federal law "on insolvency (bankruptcy)" and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in terms of regulation of rehabilitation procedures applied to the citizen-debtor. The analysis of the main ways of solving the issue of bankruptcy of an individual is presented; the possible risks for both the bankrupt and the credit institution are identified.
