Bankruptcy as a business in the economic crisis (how to prevent bankruptcy in the formal write-off procedures debts?)

This article discusses the problems of functioning of a modern institution of bankruptcy in the Russian Federation. The authors conclude that the bankruptcy of Russia increasingly serves as a convenient tool for the liberation of business from the debt load. The reasons for this situation lay in the opinion of the author, in the imperfections of the legal framework, lack of the necessary number of specialists in crisis management. For example, international experience is justified by the assertion that healthy businesses and financial restructuring in a crisis is possible and necessary.
