The article discusses the risks of bankruptcy as a way of corporate struggle for assets and spheres of influence in the company. Confirming examples from judicial practice, the author draws conclusions that the bankruptcy of the company, due to the corporate conflict, adversely affects the company, for example, the activity is reduced or completely blocked, business reputation is undermined, and the total cost of the business is reduced. Preventive legal measures to minimize the risks of corporate conflicts are offered.
