Bankruptcy of agro-industrial companies

The agro-industrial complex is the basis of the life of the state, since the agro-industrial complex includes all branches of the national economy responsible for food production. Many factors depend on the effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex, especially the provision of food, raw materials and animal feed to the state. However, currently in Russia, large companies are increasingly declared bankrupt for one reason or another. The purpose of this article is to consider the bankruptcy procedure of agro - industrial companies.
