Bankruptcy of citizens and individual entrepreneurs in Russia: theory and practical aspect

The article describes the types, procedures and causes of bankruptcy of companies. Statistical data on the number of bankruptcies of legal entities in Russia and the number of bankruptcy proceedings opened by Russian arbitration courts are analyzed. The regions with the largest number of insolvent enterprises are considered.
