Ladies and peasant-women (review of « A full dictionary for dialect users» edited by prof. Ivantsova E.V. - Tomsk: Tomsk publishiny hous, TS, 2006

The article describes a unique in Russian studies dictionary, published in Tomsk University. In the article you can read about the peculiarities of its contents and its form, and also about the importance of the dictionary for contemporary lexicography and the ways of work with the dictionary materials. The article also underlines some «revolutionary» conclusions contained in the dictionary that break our traditional ideas about the word stock of dialect users.
