Basin approach to the RF and Kazakhstan transboundary waterways management: problem status and its prospects

A lot of Russian and Kazakhstan rivers get the international status. So it is necessary to create the international cooperation to control these rivers. The more effective approach is river drainage one. It based on integrated control and keep the ecosystem of river drainage. Also it is important to analyze the experience of international cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
