Graves' disease

Graves' disease is a systemic multi organ autoimmune disorder, the main manifestations of which are diffuse toxic goiter (i.e., a combination of pronounced hyperthyroidism and hyperplasia of the thyroid gland), as well as ophthalmopathy and myocardial dystrophy and hyperthrosis, and hyperplasia of the gland, and many other symptoms in Graves' disease have an autoimmune origin.
