Basic components of the organizational structure

In the article the basic elements of organizational structure of the organization, such as hierarchy of subordination, area of control, centralization of power, division of labor in the organization, formalization, departmentalization are revealed. It is concluded that the construction of an effective organizational structure is the most important step in the creation and operation of any organization.
