Poverty as the result of underutilization of resource potential of households

Poverty of households is not identically the poverty of the individual. The scale of the phenomenon leads to the essentially different level of economic position, consumer demand, social well-being of the largest market of the subject. The resource potential of households is not fully and inefficiently used in a number of reasons, but without the assistance of the state and the business community it is impossible to solve this problem of the household.
