Abaev believes that the heroic epic of Geser is irrefutable evidence of the connection of the religion of the Scythian-Aryans and Turkic-Mongols with the archaic totem cults of the Goose-Swans and with not less ancient cult of sacred mountains, in particular with the veneration of Mioic Mount Sumeru.
