Protein metabolism in broiler chickens fed by the food with an addition of the spent zeolite Nax from Orenburg gas chemical complex

We evaluated the influence of and an addiaiton of zeality NaX to the food on the protein metabolism of broiler chicken. The physiological (balance) experiment was carried out to study the digestibility of nutrients. We determined the total protein content, fractional composition of proteins, creatinine and the activity of enzymes aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and gamma-glutamyltransferase in the blood of broiler chicken. The chemical composition of muscle tissue was also studied. The results indicate a positive influence synthetic zeolite NaX (5%) on the recorded parameters. Digestibility of protein and dietary fiber increased by 3,4 and 4,9%, respectively. The total protein content in blood serum increased by 2,9-4,3%. The content of albumin and gamma-globulin fraction of protein in muscles increased. The protein content is muscles increased by 2,8%.
