Benchmarking as an effective technology of management in modern conditions

This article is devoted to the consideration of the benchmarking as a key link in the strategic development of modern companies. The experience of using benchmarking in the JSC "Nizhpharm" is described. The authors conclude how to apply this technology in the modern world, including the state and municipal administration.
