The authors of the work propose a variant of fibula use for limb weight-bearing recovery in a patient with rigid tibial pseudoarthrosis. The formation of tibio-fibular bone block at the top of wedge-shaped distraction regenerate bone makes it possible to reduce osteosynthesis periods and to remove the Ilizarov fixator before the formation of a continuous cortical plate by new bone tissue in the zone of the rigid pseudoarthrosis.
