Economic production as a tool to enhance the economic security of the enterprise

The article is devoted to the analysis of domestic and foreign experience of development in the field of reducing production costs and creating a system of lean production. The review of existing definitions of lean production is made. A comparative analysis of the main tools used in the system of lean production is given. The authors of the article substantiate the advantages of implementing a lean production system. Problems and difficulties of introduction of lean production system at the Russian enterprises are noted.
