Lean manufacturing as instrument of activity transformation of the agroindustrial complex enterprises

The article studies the experience and main features of lean production technology in the agro-industrial complex. Agriculture requires a new way of thinking. Based on the analysis-identified problems affecting the reduction of profitability of agricultural production, it is noted that for the implementation of technological processes in accordance with the developed standards, it is necessary to conduct training of management and personnel of agricultural enterprises with subsequent certification. One of the key points in the implementation of lean technologies in the enterprise is the development of a system of personnel motivation. The development of agricultural enterprises is a priority in the market economy. The subjects of agriculture are in constant search for the most optimal and effective forms of cost management. However, using the tools of lean production, we will highlight those that can be used in agriculture. There are at least three: standardization of work, universal equipment care, and continuous improvement. The author believes that this technology will reveal what problems and losses are typical for agricultural enterprises. Currently, small businesses in the Russian Federation are interested in modern production management systems - reengineering of business processes, General quality management, balanced scorecard, etc. but, unfortunately, we can observe that the process of introduction of new management methods is particularly slow in agriculture. Meanwhile, this industry is characterized by extremely low production efficiency. This article presents the optimization of agricultural enterprises with the help of this concept. The author suggests that the philosophy and tools of lean technologies (lean production) should become an integral part of the strategy of socio-economic development in the coming years.
