Lean production at machine-building enterprises of Russia

Many Russian enterprises have only recently become interested in the transition to modern concepts of production process management. Today there is an active search for ways of development and improvement of production processes in the industrial sector of Russia with the help of modern concepts and methods of organization of production activities. The Foundation of ensuring the competitiveness of domestic industrial enterprises in the world market is an effective organization of production. As world practice shows, the most recognized in this area was the system of lean production.
