Lean manufacturing in commercial bank: new trends and successful practices

The article focuses on the key problems of the provision of modern banking services. The problems include low speed of customer service processes, high operating costs, out-of-date software, hidden cross-functional «waste», etc. A study of trends and best practices in the use of lean manufacturing tools in commercial banks was carried out.
