The history of the Caribbean crisis is not only the secret special operations of the USSR and the USA, but also examples of how personality affects the course of world history. Hunger, fear and death began to displace the pragmatism of the past in the rhetoric of Western states, therefore, the symbolic barometer of political tension is again "without a minute of midnight", becoming a kind of aesthetic feature of the modern socio-political and cultural-ideological reset. The relevance of the chosen topic is obvious: 60 years after these events, the world has also come to the "one minute to midnight" mark on the Doomsday clock. In the course of our research, we came to the conclusion that in order to avoid a fatal mistake that was avoided in the past, we must recall all aspects of the Caribbean crisis, both politically and culturally and psychologically. The threat to the future of our entire civilization is transmitted through various forms of culture.
