Inaction as a form of abuse against minors in elements of crimes envisaged in art. 156 of the Criminal code

Having analysed judiciary practice and scientific literature the author contemplates the possibility to view inaction as a form of abuse against minors and comes to the conclusion that failure to bring up a minor can be considered an abuse against him or her if it results in deliberate harm to the victim's health or causes physical sufferings.
