Child neglect in the region: scale, reasons and consequences

The article describes the current state of the problem of neglect of minors in the Vologda region. Economic losses due to neglect of minors have been singled out and social losses from neglect have been estimated on the example of the mortality rate of children and adolescents from a number of external influences.
