Safety in non-public railway transport in the light of a systematic approach

The paper considers the safety of movement and operation of non-public railway transport as a function of the safety subsystem. The system's security facilities are highlighted, and the categories of its environment are defined: the external environment and the internal environment. The content of the external and internal environment in relation to traffic safety and operation, as well as their role in ensuring the sustainable and efficient functioning of the non-public railway transport system, is determined.
