The purpose of the research is to increase the productivity of combine harvesters by eliminating the cost of shift time for unloading grain. The implementation of the proposed technology of unloading grain on the move is associated with the solution of several problems, the main of which are: inclusion of the drive of the unloading device at the nominal speed of the engine crankshaft; synchronization of the speed of the combine harvester and the vehicle; the complication of accounting for the unloaded grain. The technical part of the problems is solved by the installing adjustable movable dampers which block the flow of grain to the horizontal auger of the hopper. In this case, the inclusion of the drive without load does not lead to breakage of parts of the unloading device. According to the elaborated design documentation, units and details of the adjusting device for grain supply are made and installed.
