Unconditional basic income: theory and current world experience

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of the concept of an unconditional basic income. The types and main characteristics of the unconditional basic income are considered. The experience of Alaska, Finland and Germany in introducing elements of this concept into the system of social support for the population was analyzed. The reasons that served as an impetus for the actualization of this social concept in the world at the present time are named. Possible sources of financing of the unconditional basic income are considered. A conclusion was made about the prospects for its practical implementation.
