Bibliometric analysis of thesis researches on family conflicts in Russia

The article presents a bibliometric analysis of thesis researches on family conflicts in Russia. The paper substantiates its necessity for further research in this field. The study focuses on theses defended in Russia and approved by the Higher Attestation Commission in 1998-2016. The study objective is to identify the structure and dynamics of thesis researches on family conflicts in Russia. The characteristics of their branch, geographic, temporal structure and dynamics are given. The branch structure of the researches on family conflicts is represented by 8 branches of science and 21 scientific specialties. Most of theses are in Psychology, the insignificant amount of theses is in Education Science and Cultural Studies. As demonstrated by the geographical structure of thesis defence, Moscow is the leader. The dynamics of defending theses on family conflicts is uneven. There was no defence of a thesis on this issue after 2013.
