Library informational environment: institutional profile

The modern library fits for new culture of virtual senses as a key part of national infrastructure in context of evolution of the informational society and knowledge society. There are signs of network communication in new conditions of culture’s functioning. Its institutional contour acquires difficult outlines and represents virtual space in the form of the three-profile model consisting of internal contour (library-information activity), the first exterior contour (involvement in system of social institutes) and the second exterior contour (combination of factors of socio-cultural character).
