Bibliotherapeutic activity as a tool for rehabilitation of participants in military operations

The zone of intersection of two key areas of library and information activities is considered: library and bibliographic services and bibliotherapeutic activities in the library. The emphasis is placed on the selection of their tools to activate the processes of treating diseases, wounds, and providing assistance in difficult life situations. The possession of bibliotherapeutic techniques in the level of demand and competitiveness of a library specialist is determined. The library is presented as a documentary model of the surrounding reality and society. The traditional boundaries of bibliotherapy have been expanded - from treatment with a book to achieving harmony of the spiritual world of the individual with the environment. Methodological recommendations are given on library and information services for participants in hostilities who are undergoing treatment and rehabilitation as a result of their injuries.
