Using big data technologies in quality management

Modern industrial enterprises are heading for the digitalization of business processes. This also applies to the quality management system, the main development trend of which is currently the introduction of digital technologies. One of the most frequently used in enterprises in recent years is Big Data. The article considers the essence of working with information of a huge volume and diverse composition in the quality management system, which is very often updated and located in different sources. The author analyzes the experience of using Big Data by modern industrial giants.
