Biographical publications of Yuri Vladimirovich Grigoriev and Yuri Nikolaevich Stolyarov: continuity and traditions

The article examines the continuity of generations and the transfer of professional values. The continuity of knowledge plays a crucial role in the viability of any industry. L.B. Khavkina acted as a mentor for Y.V. Grigoriev at an early stage of his creative life. Yu.N. Stolyarov became the successor of their scientific traditions. Today it is extremely important that the connecting thread is not interrupted. The author concludes that historical and biographical research is an important part of the study of history. Largely thanks to this knowledge, a professional culture is being formed and the most difficult issues of choosing an industry development strategy at the present stage are being solved.
