Bioecological features of beluga Acipenser huso Linnaeus, 1758 under the Middle Volga and the Kuibyshev water reservoir conditions

Features of spatial distribution, natural mortality, population structure, reproduction, food spectrum and beluga fishery in the Middle Volga (Kuibyshev water reservoir later) are reconstructed in the article on the basis of historical data, and an analysis of the current state of the population is given.
