The study investigated biological diversity of the unique Shiringinsky pine forest in the south of the Vitim plateau. This pine forest is an example of relict forests from the Mid-Holocene. The authors describe a variety of soils, plants and animals. 101 species of vascular plants from 76 genera and 26 families is revealed.
