The hip biomechanical evaluation after making the transverse pelvic osteotomy of Salter type, indications and designing pelvic osteotomy according to Salter

The work deals with the biomechanical analysis of the hip functioning after turning the fragment osteotomized while performing Salter surgery. In terms of this analysis the algorithm of mathematical calculations and geometrical measurements by skiagrams is proposed, with the help of which the kinematic center of the hip rotation can be positioned very accurately after correction provided by Salter surgery, and the negative consequences of the hip ventralization and lateropositioning can be prevented in case of making this surgery classically.
