The article considers the relationship between the dynamics of body composition index during the training process and the dynamics of changes of athlete's ECG using the example of training activities of combat athletes. The article gives the evaluation of athlete's fatigue on ECG changes and presents the analysis of the monitoring of athlete's fatigue on the dynamics of ECG changes against the changes of body weight's components. The article reveals the degree of fatigue connected with the greatest training effect without causing athlete's overtraining.
