Methods: The study was based on neurological patients with vascular diseases - 222, of this number patients in the recovery period - 62; with vertebral artery syndrome - 15, the consequences of the postponed cerebrovascular accident - 34, with discirculatory encephalopathy(сiс) - 111; with arteriovenous malformation - 1. The study used methods such as a survey method combined with interviews, documentary analysis, content analysis and elements of observational participation.
