Rationale: One of the ways to improve treatment outcomes and prevent cerebrovascular disease is a biopsychosocial approach to helping patients with cerebrovascular accidents. Purpose: to describe a biopsychosocial methodology to assist patients with cerebrovascular accidents based on a broad approach that considers the disease process as complex, variable by the interaction of biological (genetic, biochemical, etc.), psychological (mood, personality, behavior, etc.) .) and social (cultural, family, socio-economic, etc.) factors. Conducting a study of patients with circulatory disorders based on a biopsychosocial approach. Methods: The study was based on neurological patients with vascular diseases - 222, of this number patients in the recovery period - 62; with vertebral artery syndrome - 15, the consequences of the postponed cerebrovascular accident - 34, with discirculatory encephalopathy(сiс) - 111; with arteriovenous malformation - 1. The study used methods such as a survey method combined with interviews, documentary analysis, content analysis and elements of observational participation.
