Business partnership as a factor of competitiveness in the modern economy

In the context of globalization, digital transformation and high market volatility, traditional competitive strategies are giving way to cooperative models. The article is devoted to the study of the modern form of organization of external partnerships – business partnership according to the “business-to-business” (B2B) model. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to search for sustainable and adaptive formats of cooperation that allow enterprises to combine resources, competencies and share risks to create joint value that cannot be achieved within the framework of autonomous activities. The article reveals the essence and evolution of the concept of “business partnership” from simple transactions to complex symbiotic relations. System-forming features are determined, including complementarity, mutual benefit and strategic orientation. The author classifies the types of partnerships: strategic alliances, industry consortia, R&D partnerships, etc. The results of the study demonstrate that an effectively built partnership system becomes a critical asset of the company, a source of long-term competitive advantages and a driver of growth in an economy based on collaboration. The conclusion is made about the need for the purposeful formation and management of such ecosystems based on trust and common values.
