Business plan as the basis of entrepreneurial activity

Drawing up a business plan is an important stage in the creation and development of an entrepreneurial business. It helps the entrepreneur to identify goals, the market, competitors and describe an action plan to achieve the goals. This article discusses the need for entrepreneurs to draw up a business plan, identifies the key requirements for drawing up a business plan and proves the importance of the planning stage when preparing a business plan. Special attention is paid to the structure of the business plan and consideration of existing stages. The author highlights and summarizes the current requirements for drawing up a business plan for a new enterprise. It is concluded that the preparation of a business plan helps to specify the goals and strategy of the organization, attract investors, be able to manage risks, plan the necessary budget.
