This article discusses the currently relevant problem of small business development, which is one of the most important priorities for the regional economy, the basis for the development of a competitive environment, increasing the investment and innovation activity of economic entities. This article aims to identify the key problems of the functioning of small business organizations by assessing the development of this segment in the economy of Krasnodar Region.
