Budgeting and cost control of the responsibility centres in the agricultural organizations

The article deals with special features of the budgeting system functioning in the agricultural organizations. It considers the main types and principles of the budget formation under the allocated responsibility centres. The author substantiates the need for the budget planning implementation with a view to fulfill control function of the management accounting.
