Budgeting as a modern tool for company management

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of using such a modern company management tool as budgeting. The advantages of budget planning are considered from the point of view of ensuring the connection of operational management with the strategic goals of the company, as well as with the resources available to it. The use of budgeting to improve the efficiency of responsibility centers is substantiated.
