Budget policy and investment climate of subsidized regions (on the example of the Republic of Dagestan)

The article discusses the directions of budget expenditures of the Republic of Dagestan, based on an assessment of the current state of the economy, the effectiveness of budget policy in priority areas, the assessment of state programs to increase the attractiveness of the investment climate in the region, the state of the economy and the forecast for the socio-economic development of the region. An analysis is made of the structure of budget expenditures, including expenditures on investment programs that are most strategically important for the region in the near future. An assessment is given to large investment projects approved by the investment strategy of the Republic of Dagestan. The competitive advantages and barriers to the development of investment activity, and their impact on the economic development of the Republic of Dagestan, are determined, an analysis of the socio-economic situation, SWOT analysis, analysis of the legislative framework is presented.
