The budgetary policy of the Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in days of the Great Patriotic War

In article are investigated the questions connected with the budgetary policy of the Soviet Union and the Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in days of the Great Patriotic War. Author writes about difficulties, changes of tax system, reorientation of budget expenditures, carrying out the actions urged to increase receipt of funds in the all-union and republican budget (placement of the state loans, carrying out cash and prize lotteries, introduction of paid training). Article contains data on structure of the budget of the beginning of war, data on the budgetary structure of the period of the end of military operations are provided. The author provides data about donations of the population, activity of the trade-union organizations оf the Mordovian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic during war, information on the events held for the organization of placement of the population from the evacuated areas, fight against children’s homelessness.
