Budget opportunities of the RF in the conditions of trade restrictions, currency and other decisions

The scientific article defines Russia's budgetary potential, taking into account its dependence on the income of the oil and gas complex, taking into account trade restrictions and currency and price decisions. An analysis of revenues to the federal budget from customs duties and taxes for the period 2021-2023 was carried out. with estimates for 2024 The government measures taken by the Russian Federation in terms of resolving the problems of selling Russian oil and its derivatives to non-residents, taking into account the current realities, have been studied. Particular attention is paid to non-oil and gas opportunities, including the export potential of the agricultural sector, tourism industry and IT technologies. The implementation of government decisions on comprehensive support for Russian production and services is aimed at leveling the consequences of Western sanctions and realizing the country’s budgetary potential.
