Fiscal federalism: Russian and foreign models

The article is devoted to theoretical and practical aspects of fiscal policy, the opportunities and prospects for the formation of an effective model of fiscal federalism in the Russian Federation; analyzes the distribution of tax revenues between the budgets of different levels of the budget system; analyze the structure of the regional budget revenues, identified some areas of the strengthening of tax potential of region in the conditions of the existing model of fiscal federalism in Russia.
