Welfare of the population of the Russian Far East in 2019-2023: the impact of price level dynamics

The article presents the results of a study of the impact of price dynamics on the well-being of the population of the Russian Far East during the pandemic and sanctions shocks. The paper highlights the main approaches to determining and assessing the well-being of the population. As a result of the analysis of the dynamics of real cash incomes and the purchasing power of incomes of the population of the Far Eastern Federal District, changes in their standard of living were revealed, which is one of the main indicators of well-being, taking into account price behavior.
