In clause experience of orthopedic branch GUZ the Saratov regional clinical hospital and Novosibirsk scientifically - research institute traumatology and orthopaedik on endoprothesis elbow and humeral joints is presented. 176 patients by whom 178 operations endoprothesis an elbow and humeral joint are executed were treated. Artroplastic an elbow joint it is executed in 114 cases, a humeral joint in 64. Age of patients from 26 years till 80 years. The basic indications and contra-indications and also a technique of operations and postoperative rehabilitation are developed. Data of clinical-radiological inspection at 124 patients have been subjected to the analysis. From them 81 patient after endoprothesis an elbow joint and 43 operated replacement of a humeral joint during from 1 year till 4 years after operation is executed. The estimation of results of treatment after artroplastic an elbow joint was spent by « the Estimation of surgery of an elbow » (American elbow surgeons assessment and ASES, Richards R.R. et al. 1994), and a humeral joint on scale A.B.Swanson for a shoulder (A.B.Swanson shoulder score 1989). Good and excellent results at endoprothesis an elbow joint are received at 70,4 % of patients, and a humeral joint at 72,1 % of patients.
