Blockchain as technology of providing digital transformation of transport: economical and legal aspects

In article authors characterize a blockchain as the technology designed to become one of perspective and effective in development of an ecosystem of digital economy. The analysis of characteristics of a blockchain is carried out: decentralization, cryptography and consensus. On the basis of the carried-out analysis examples of use blokeyn-technologists are given. The main focus is placed on use opportunities in the transport sphere. Authors emphasize that the transport sphere does not remain away from breakthrough technologies. In the conditions of the beginning of implementation of the departmental project «Digital Transport and Logistics» the need for studying of opportunities of a blockchain and the decentralized technologies, the prospects of implementation of digital technologies in logistics and transport increases. The Digital platform of a transport complex as the state segment of the uniform protected entrusted space on transport which will help to provide access to the state services by the principle of «a uniform window» is analyzed. Examples of prospects of application of blockchain technology in realization of a national technological initiative of Avtonet are given.
