Bauxites of Timan: mineralogical and technological features

The results of mineralogical and technological studies of bauxites from Timan region (Russia) are given in the article; the bauxites from the Vezhayu-Vorykvinskoe deposit are reviewed in detail. Modern analytical methods have been applied in the process of the work, including non-traditional method of small angle scattering, which complexing allowed receiving reliable mineralogical and technological characteristics of both the bauxite ore, and its material components.
