Wegener's disease is a systemic disease of unknown etiology, histologically characterized by granulomatous-necrotic systemic vasculitis, involvement of the respiratory tract, kidneys, organ of vision, hearing, and central nervous system. Recently, there have been studies on the suitability of biological agents for changing the course of both systemic and localized diseases.
