Bolshevik G.M. Krzhizhanovsky at the head of the GOELRO commission

The article presents a study of the administrative and scientific activities of the Bolshevik Krzhizhanovsky in 1920-1921. He led the development of the State plan for electrification of the RSFSR during the difficult period of the Soviet economy. He managed to unite representatives of the technical intelligentsia and create conditions for the creative work of scientists and engineers. The novelty of the research consists in studying the evolution of the views of the Chairman of the Commission for electrification of installations "military communism" to new economic policy, aided the process of developing the first long-term plan of development of the national economy.
